Need a cure for panic attacks?  Some believe herbal remedies to be some of the best cures available for anxiety and panic attacks.  There are plenty of herbs that have been used over the years to help calm people’s nerves.  If you want to give it a shot, here are some herbs for you to try:

1.    Meadowsweet

Meadowseet in the past has been used to break high fevers as well as treat pains in the joints and muscles.  For us though, one cure for panic attacks involves brewing some meadowsweet tea.  Just get 1-2 teaspoons of this stuff, and brew it in a cup of water which has been boiled for 10 minutes.  Strain what’s left and drink it to help relieve anxiety, headaches and stress.

2.    Oat Straw

To treat anxiety with oat straw, you can pick up a tincture of this stuff from a health food store and use 3-5ml of it.  It can also be used within your bath water to provide relief from anxiety.  If you take this in the form of a tea,  take 2 teaspoons of dried oat straw and steep it in a cup of boiled water.  Leave that for 10 minutes before straining and drinking.

3.    Green Tea

Green tea is mostly known for it’s ability to enhance our metabolic rate and aid in fat loss, however it also has an effect on reducing our anxiety levels.  Drink a cup of this a day to see some great results.

Now if you really need a cure for panic attacks, your best bet is to use these treatments as supplemental aids to a more powerful system.  One of the most powerful solutions which works on changing the way you react to your panic attacks is the “One Move Technique”.  To learn how to put this into practice, click on this link.
