Want to cure panic attacks?  Panic attacks can really disrupt your life and make life a pain.  No one should have to live in such fear or even fear of fear itself.  So if you want to put an end to it once and for all, here are some natural ways to go about doing that which are worth a shot:

1.    Catnip

Yup, one way to cure panic attacks is with the help of catnip.  It’s not only for cats but for humans as well, although be sure never to use catnip designed for cats specifically.  What you want to do is pickup some catnip leaves and soak 1-2 teaspoons of it in a cup of water that has just been boiled.  Leave that in for about 10 minutes so that it can steep, then drain the leaves and drink what’s left.  Catnip is a natural stress reliever and works well on the human nervous system due to it’s active ingredient, nepetalactone.

2.    Fennel

Fennel is another great natural way of handling panic attacks.  You can find it in capsule form (500mg capsules) or even tinctures.  Take them as directed.  If you don’t go with either of those, you can also opt for the tea which is easy to make.  Just pick up some Fennel Seed tea and steep the bag in some boiled water and drink that 3 times a day.

Now these solutions will help, but they will not completely cure panic attacks.  In order to do that you need a more powerful solution added to the mix.  One of the most potent ones out there has helped over 27,000 people thus far in overcoming their panic attacks.  You can check it out for yourself by clicking on this link.
