Want to stop anxiety from destroying your life?  Anxiety can be so debilitating at times that it feels like the quality of your life is being affected, it’s horrible.  But what can be done about it?  Thankfully there are several solutions that you can try out to fix this problem, here are a few of them:

1.    Stop Drinking!

One way to stop anxiety is to just cut out the alcohol from your life.  You see alcohol dilates the blood vessels, increases body temperature and makes you more susceptible to anxiety and thus panic attacks.  As much as I hate to say it, going out for beers or drinks on Friday nights may not be the best idea.

2.    Drop The Processed Foods

Any type of processed food like processed breads or meats is going to trigger anxiety and possibly a panic attack.  Canned foods and sugar also fall under the category of processed foods, so be careful about the fruit juices and deserts.

3.    Get Your Rest

If your body is not getting enough sleep, you’re not going to be functioning at peak performance and will be more susceptible to stressful situations.  Make sure you get your 8 hours in every day.

Now these tips will help to stop anxiety but they won’t completely get rid of it.  If you want to eliminate anxiety, one of the best programs out there is the “One Move Technique”, it essentially stops a panic attack before it can even start.  If you want to learn how to do this yourself, click on this link for more info.
